Janet B. Casey, CPA

Manager

Janet, who brings a unique experience history to our firm, joined us in February 2008 as a manager. Prior to joining WABC, Janet spent 8 years as Chief Financial Officer for a large wine and spirits importer, and 15 years in public accounting. Prior to her venture into public accounting she was a Controller of 8 retail malls owned by the Rouse Company, including a 1 million square foot mall in Chicago.

Janet's varied background provides her with a broad range of accounting, consulting and tax skills applicable to a wide range of business entities. One of Janet's strengths is her ability to handle stress and pressure of business with excellent interpersonal skills.

Janet is a member of the AICPA and Maryland Association of CPA's. She graduated from the University of Baltimore, cum laude, in 1985 and became a licensed CPA in 1987. She lives in Lutherville with her husband, and enjoys golf, biking and traveling.
